I’m interested in trying air-popped popcorn, but I’m afraid it won’t taste as good as the traditional (fatty) popcorn. Do you have any suggestions as to how I can keep the taste without adding back in all of the calories?
Hey Kate, great question. What I’d recommend is that you purchase the “I Can’t Believe it’s not Butter” spray, and then after popping your popcorn, you can add a few sprays of that. Once you spray the popcorn, other seasonings will stick much better.
